Water System Information

Goshen has 2 water treatment plants and we are capable of producing up to 9.1 million gallons of water for the city per day.

Goshen has 2 elevated storage facilities. The newest, Sherck Tower (photo above) is on Caraganga Court and the other is on Clinton Street. Combined they will store up to 2 million gallons (2MG) when full.

Goshen also has a ground storage tank at Hilltop that will hold up to 0.5 MG when full.

The City is split into 2 pressure zones to give our customers better pressure on a more consistent basis.

We have over 10,000 service connections.

We have 197.88 miles of water main in the distribution system that delivers water to our customers.

We also chlorinate at both plants.

We add fluoride at both plants also.
